Ultra thick paint film wire: This is a kind of enamelled wire with ultra thick paint film, usually direct welded polyurethane / nylon composite enamelled copper round wire, including the widely recognized 0uew / y, QPN and hex wires. It is used in the field of network transformers with high withstand voltage and high processing resistance requirements.

1. Wire diameter range (awg50-26 / 0.028-0.400mm).

2. We can provide various kinds of enameled wires such as thickened paint film, ultra thick paint film and extra thick paint film to meet different pressure resistance requirements.

3. It has excellent functional layer and is suitable for automatic winding. After winding, it still maintains high thermal, electrical, mechanical and chemical properties.

4. According to different reflow conditions, heat-resistant grade 180 degree enameled wire can be selected; Wave soldering and pull soldering can choose enameled wire with heat resistance grade of 155 degrees.

5. Multiple colors are available: natural color (n) / red (R) / green (g) / blue (b) / purple (V) / Black (BK) / Brown (BR).
