The LW series 2-phase sedimentation decanter centrifuge is a horizontal, continuously working and continuously spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge, ideal for sewage sludge dewatering and thickening.

The bowl and screw rotate at high speeds with a controlled differential speed. Materials enter through the feed tube, where centrifugal force separates components by specific weight. Heavy liquids accumulate on the bowl walls and discharge through centripetal pumps, while lighter liquids form an inner ring and discharge separately. Solids are continuously pushed to the bowl's taper end and discharged after drying.
