The LW series 2phase sedimentation decanter centrifuge is a horizontal, continuously working and continuously spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge. It can be used for the sewage sludge dewatering and thickening.

The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. The materials will enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under the action of centrifugal force field:
- The liquid of the high specific weight will accumulate on the inner walls of the bowl, and be discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate
- The liquids of low specific weight will form an inner liquid ring, stick to the surfaces of heavy liquids, and be discharged from the overflow channel
- Under the action of the spiral material pusher, the solids in the materials will be continuously pushed to the taper end of the bowl and discharged from the residue outlet after going through the drying area
- All parts directly touching material are made of stainless steel or duplex stainless steel
- Continuous and automatic operation minimizes labor costs
- Two motor drive with adjustable bowl and screw speed via VFD
- Special bowl and spiral design ensures high dryness cake by pressing against the dewatered cake at the conical end
