Safety Note: Never open the lid while the centrifuge is spinning. Although many machines have a safety shutoff feature, the rotor will continue to rotate due to inertia. Proper maintenance is key to ensuring the longevity of your centrifuge.
Three-Phase Working Principle: The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. Materials enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under centrifugal force, high specific weight liquid accumulates on the inner walls of the bowl and is discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate. Low specific weight liquids form an inner liquid ring and are discharged from the overflow channel. Solids are continuously pushed to the taper end of the bowl by the spiral material pusher and discharged from the residue outlet after going through the drying area.
