DL series stainless steel vertical bag filter for industrial production
DL series filter is widely used in bleaching and deodorization of edible oil refining from 50T/D to 100T/D. It is a new kind of safety filtration. The purpose is to reducing impurity content to zero. For deodorization stage, this filter will remove grain (eg. antioxidant), reducing impurity content to below 0.05%.
This filter is also can be used in edible intermittent refining.
The device has small size, simple operation, low cost, easy to promote, etc.
Structure and working principle
The filter consists of cylindrical shell, seal cap, screening drum , filtration bag. The edilbe oil feeded into the cylindrical shell via inlet port A, coming out from outlet port B. The residue shall be discharge at regular intervals. The material includes carbon steel and stainless steel.
