Packaging & Operation Instructions
Startup Procedure
- Start up and preheat for 5-10 minutes until temperature reaches approximately 100°C
- Activate control switch and operation switch, then test print to verify photoelectric switch signal
- Ensure printing wheel rotates once per photoelectric switch activation (counter increments once)
- Adjust printing wheel contact depth to 0.05-0.10mm
- Adjust ink wheel contact depth to 0.05-0.10mm
- Set diffuse knob between 6-8 scale values
- Begin production printing once all adjustments are correct
