FZ series machine application:

The tilters we have two types: mechanical coil tilters and hydraulic coil tilters ,which are all used for for tilting steel coils from eye vertical position to horizontal position or vice versa.

The FZ-08 coil tilter is used for tilting heavy objects with different specifications for 90 degree with max loading capacity 8tons.

It’s widely used in industries of metallurgy, stamping, metal plate, mold, paper making, steel strip, coil, barrels, and etc. 

FZ series machine basic features:

• Special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer.
• Four-roller device for object holding makes tuning smooth and steady.
• Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.
• Both electric & mechanical limit restrictors adopted to grantee safe operation.
• The machine can be stopped at any angle during turning.
• Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.
• The machine will stop automatically when turning process finished.
• Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in emergency conditions.
