MACHINE APPLICATION:

The pallet wrapping machine is used to pack goods  on the pallet with PE stretch film, which makes the goods more stable, tidy and clean,and play a good role of waterproof,dust-proof,anti-thieft,anti-scattering,and convencient for object delivery.

2. Can set special wrapping position reinforcement at random, can reset automatically.
3. Automatic working mode. Can also change to manual mode.

Optional parts:

1. TOP PLATEN: for extra high or very light pallets, the goods on the pallet is easy to falling down during turntable turning. The top platen is used to press the top of the pallets to fix the position and avoid falling and shifting of the goods.

2. PRE-STRETCH DEVICE: Pre-stretch means the film is pre-stretched before wrapping the objects. It can ensure the stability when used for light or high package. It can make the pallet stable during wrapping. It can also save 30～50％ film than normal.

3. ACCESS RAMP: used for convenient loading&offloading of the pallet when transport by the manual fork-lift. It’s not necessary when the loading is by an electric forklift.
