The FZ-2 coil tilter is used for tilting heavy objects with different specifications for 180 degree with max loading capacity 2tons.

It’s widely used in industries of metallurgy, stamping, metal plate, mold, paper making, steel strip, coil, barrels, and etc. 

BASIC FEATURES:

• Special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer.
• Four-roller device wrapped with polyurethane.
• Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.
• Micrometric setting for adjusting the floor level.
• The machine can be stopped at any angle during turning.
• Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.
• Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in emergency conditions.
