The bearing packing machine could be broadly used in exterior wrapping for coiled wire products, cable products, pipe products,etc which is in horizontal state, to make the product well-protected &sealed from water, dust. It can well improve work efficiency and save labor cost.

Automatic Horizontal Bearing Packing Machine features:

1. Automatic or semi-auto control can be chose according needs.
2. N-type or W-type can be chose according to different packing material used.
3. High antifriction PU adopted for friction wheels; whole casting structure for turning ring.
4. The turning ring height is adjustable, to suit for object with different ID and OD.
5. Synchronous wrapping system can be equipped for wrapping two different material at the same time.
6. The supportive rollers and protective rollers can be wrapped by PU according to needs.
7. Special tension control system, the tension and overlapping rate of packing material can be adjusted according to needs.
8. Different packing material can be used including knit tape, stretch film, non-woven fabrics, plastic tape, compound paper, hessian tape &etc.
