     1. APPLICATION:
       The fully automatic sealing& shrinking wrapping machine is specially designed for horizontal door/board/panel packing, to produce complete, uniform shrink on a wide variety of product sizes using available PE shrink films .
       The wrapped goods are well protected and sealed, looks beautiful and convenient for transportation.
        It can be used independently or combined with an automatic production line for automatic shrink wrapping
 
    2. BASIC FEATURES:

• PLC control& HMI for automatic operation.
• Adopts photo electricity for inducing the products for fix the position.
• Adopt PE film on rolls, and the machine will seal other three sides automatically.
• Constant temperature heat sealing and cutting system suitable for PE shrink films.
• The sealing width is adjustable for different products.
• The front feed-in system speed is adjustable, combines a worktable at the end of the tunnel, and makes the whole machine working automatically without an operator.
• Hi-speed hot air circulating shrink tunnel.
• Sealing system: permanently heated seal bar with easy-exchangeable sealing blade without odorous, temperature controlled and detected by PLC.
