Tire Horizontal wrapping packaging machine 

The product application:

The tire packaging machine  is a special packaging equipment designed and produced for wrapping and packaging tires. It is Texcluding the front and rear conveyor lines.

The tire packaging machine supports the manual setting of tire inner diameter, outer diameter, height, wrapping overlap rate and other parameters in the local interface, and completes the packaging.

Basic characteristics:

     Packaging materials on the manipulator, automatic wrapping and packaging, and automatic film breaking.

     The initial film application of the manipulator and the film tail after the manipulator breaks the film are normal phenomena,

     The working line height of the drum is 1350mm (± 50mm adjustable).

     Stainless steel power roller is used for conveying.

     Unique tension adjusting mechanism.

     The friction wheel is made of high abrasion resistant polyurethane.

     Ring speed: about 120 rpm.

     Wrapping efficiency of single tire: when the following conditions are met, the wrapping time of one tire is less than 1 minute

       (1) At the entrance of the packaging machine, there is always a tire to be packaged ready for feeding.

       (2) The discharged tires can be emptied in time without delaying the discharge of the packaging machine.

       (3) The time for manual replacement of packaging materials and other relevant operations shall not be included in the efficiency assessment.

       (4) The overlap rate is calculated as 20%.

    Overlapping range: 20% ~ 50%.

    Conveying speed: tentatively 20 m / min (to be determined by the buyer and the seller separately).

    Total power: About 3KW, subject to the actual design.

    Energy medium: (1) Power supply: 380V, three-phase five wire, 50Hz.

                                 (2) This machine adopts electric or allowed air source (determined during design review)
