1. Newest heating methods. Use isostatic pressing and high purify graphite as heating element. It can ensure the temperature uniformity. Temperature discrepancy among samples is ±1.5℃ maximum.
2. Precisely Temperature Control. Self inspection of PID parameter; Adjustable heating rate with accuracy ±0.1℃.
3. Program Control. LCD display screen to show & control temperature intelligently; Keep & finish heating automatically by time setting.
4. Energy save & high efficiency. Double layers shell design; Save energy by both the air heating insulation layer and aluminum silicate heating insulation layer. More efficient by dealing with 60 samples together.
5. Corrosion resistance: Graphite heat induction material with teflon covered in surface to resist strong acid & strong base; Overall antiseptic coating treatment to ensure the machine normal working under acid environment.
6. Separately Design. The main box and controlled is designed separately. Microcomputer controller part can be placed outside the ventilation cabinet. Very convenient for operation and can keep controller away from erosion.
