According to the different application methods of reducing liquid, different reduction steaming processes are adopted.

1.1 Process flow

Grey fabric inspection→sewing end→singeing→destroying, boiling, bleaching→ mercerizing→presetting→printing→drying→high-temperature steaming or baking→(①/②/③)→soaping→water washing→drying→setting→ Product testing

①Rapid reduction and steaming → water washing, oxidation

②Rolling reducing agent→infrared pre-drying→drying→ordinary reduction steaming→water washing and oxidation

③Circular screen printing reducing agent → drying → ordinary reducing steaming → water washing, oxidation

1.2 Requirements for pre-processing semi-finished products

Taking polyester-cotton blended (50/50) woodland camouflage fabric as an example, the requirements for printed semi-finished products:

(1) Singeing adopts two positives and two reverses, the speed is 100～110 m/min, and the singeing reaches level 4;

(2) Desizing, scouring, and bleaching should be adequate, the desizing rate should be more than 95%, and the scouring should be clean, thorough and even. Generally, cold-rolled pile technology is adopted, and the effect is better;

(3) Mercerization requires that the cloth width is neat, the cloth surface is smooth and wrinkle-free, and the alkali should be adequately and cleanly removed;

(4) The gross effect of printed semi-finished products is required to reach 8 cm/30 min or more.
