Main Usage

Used in PTCA surgery to assist in establishing in vitro a working passageway for PTCA balloon and stent into the human body.

Product Structure

The pack is composed of Y-connector, guide wire insertion tool and torque device. Y-connector consists of rotary lid, screwed connector, valve and carrier ring; Guide wire insertion consists of tube, hub and protective cap; Torque device consists of screwed body and cover.

Product Purpose

The product is used in percutaneous angioplasty operation, a channel outside the body would be built for the guide wire with the help of this pack.

Instruction For Use

1) Open the package, take out devices. Do not use if package is open or damaged.

2) Using guidewire insertion tool force the guidewire to be straight, and then put the guidewire across balloon catheter.

3) Insert balloon catheter with guidewire across guidewire insertion tool into the Y-connector.

4) Fix distal end of guidewire to the torque device, rotate torque device, transport guidewire and balloon catheter into vessels along the guide catheter slowly.
