Composition is 45% Nylon 55% cotton.. Weight is 220gsm. It is woven nylon cotton + poly knitted fabric bonded. Waterproof & Windproof finish. As a bonded fabric, it is normally used to make Winter Jacket , Winter Breaker , and other kinds of outwear or causal wear.
It is a 2 layers bonded fabric. 1st layer : 70D*32S nylon cotton will 120gsm. 2nd layer: poly knitted fabric 100gsm. The bonding makes the fabric water proof, wind proof. We use azo-free glue for production The sizing temperature can reach 140 °, no need to worry about the bonding fastness.
The nylon cotton fabric touches soft and smooth . After bonding, it also makes you feel thick . This bonded fabric is an idea choice for winter jacket , winter breaker, and other kinds of outwear or casual wear.
