It is a 2 layers bonded fabric. 1st layer : 189 poly taslon130gsm. 2nd layer: poly knitted fabric. The bonding makes the fabric more strong and wind proof. We use azo-free glue for production The sizing temperature can reach 140 °, no need to worry about the bonding fastness.
The face and backside fabric can be changed to different quality and weight according to detailed request. Most of the time this bonded fabric is the first choice for winter jacket , winter breaker, and other kinds of outwear.
