Introduction

TN-150 intelligent self-adhesive labeling machine adopts programmable control, touch man-machine interface and servo motor driven labeling. The whole machine is convenient and intuitive, and has rich help functions and fault display functions.

It is suitable for automatic labeling of self-adhesive labels of various circular containers.

II. Equipment characteristics

2.1. Stepper motor drive marking mechanism is controlled by PLC program to ensure high speed and high accuracy.

2.2. Handle adjustment mechanism is adopted for the marking parts.

2.3. Adopt the single split bottle wheel structure of the independent motor to make the spacing of the bottles to be labeled more accurate and consistent.

2.4. The independent motor rolling structure is adopted to make the synchronization between the rolling mark and the marking consistent and greatly improve the marking accuracy.

2.5. The bid transmitter adopts the golden steel sand imported from foreign countries, and the drive roller structure: the excellent friction and non-skid characteristic ensures the lasting stability of the bid delivery function.

2.6. The center seat of the label plate is made of soft polyurethane, and can meet the label volume with different sizes in the label volume within a certain range.
