1. Introduction
CFH-G2 fully automatic rotary bottled powder packaging machine adopts a rotary follow-up filling structure and has high production capacity. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent anti-corrosion properties. The filling part is controlled by servo motor with high precision. The filling process is carried out under the control of PLC program, and all operations are completed on the touch screen.

3.1 Adopt intermittent filling structure:Filling 1 - dust removal - filling 2 - dust removal 2; fast production capacity, stable operation, and can effectively reduce dust in the filling area.
3.2 The excluding frame part of this machine is sealed with stainless steel frame and glass. The supporting blanking and dust removal pipe can be connected with the dust removal pipe to suck away the dust during blanking to reduce dust in the production environment.
3.3 The whole machine electronic control system adopts French Schneider Configuration, integrated electronic control system, more stable, reliable, safe and low energy consumption.
