1. Introduction

This project mainly implements visual inspection of flat bottles and bottle mouth orientation, and determines whether the bottle needs to be turned based on the inspection results.

2. System Design

The detection of bottle body and bottle mouth orientation is simpler than other aspects of detection. The visual system is installed on the side of the bottle conveyor line to detect the bottle orientation. The bottle mouth orientation and the bottle orientation are in a fixed relationship, that is, the bottles are detected simultaneously. Mouth direction.

3. Software Configuration

• The testing project includes all the testing requirements;
• Image processing software development and application authorization is installed on the customer's designated industrial computer;
• Communication protocol: TCP/IP communicates with system control software;
• The image processing software system developed based on high-level languages ​​has multi-job functions. When a product needs to be replaced, the customer only needs to modify the product model and the system automatically switches without the need for secondary development;
• The detection and processing cycle of each photo taken by a single camera is less than 200ms;
