1.Introduction
This unit uses a controller, motor frequency conversion speed controller, and heating system detection device to form the main body of the control system to achieve coordinated control of the entire heat sealing machine. The system has heating system detection, automatic alarm shutdown, fault display functions, and has complete fault protection and chain shutdown functions. The entire operating system is simple to use, has complete functions, and is easy to inspect and maintain.
The whole machine consists of an automatic introduction device, an automatic heat sealing device, an automatic folding and sewing device and an on-site control cabinet. The heat-sealing inner film and outer bag hemming and seaming are integrated to effectively improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs.
2. Heat Sealing Suture Workflow
Bag mouth cleaning → heat sealing of the inner bag (4 sets of heating block heating: PTFE sealing tape so that the heating block and the bag are not in direct contact with the bag to protect the bag appearance does not adhere to the heating block) → pressure roller pressing → bag mouth folding →Bag sewing machine: outer bag sewing
