LP-D70 Automatic Barrel Bottle Unscrambler Machine

1.Introduction

The LP-D70 automatic barrel bottle unscrambler consists of a bottle unscrambler turntable, bottle reject parts, unscramble bottle parts and an electrical box.

A large number of disorderly bottles are put into the unscrambler turntable by the bottle loading machine, and are transferred to the unscrambler part through the conveyor belt, so that the bottles can be conveyed to the conveyor belt upright. The model has compact structure, simple principle, mature technology, stable and reliable actions.

5. Advantage

6.1. Compact structure, small footprint, simple whole machine, simple operation, one-key completion. Good versatility, 1000-5000mL square bottles can be used universally.

6.2. The large area adopts toughened glass cover, which has good visualization effect. It is equipped with induction switches. The glass door needs to be completely closed to start the machine. When the machine is running, any plexiglass door opens and the machine stops, which is safe and reliable.

6.3. Automatic bottle elevating function: you only need to put the bottles in the bottle elevator, a sensor is installed in the rotary plate, it will automatically elevates the bottles when there is not enough bottle, it will start when the bottles are enough consequently.

6.4. Coordination sensor:it will stop bottle unscrambling when there is jam of the other sections of the filling line, it will start again when the jam is cleared. It will have the perfect linkage with the other sections of the filling line.
