GXG-3-1K Following Filling and Capping Machine
1.Introduction
GXG-3-1K Filling and Capping Machine is an in-line structure. The filling part adopts servo motor-driven following filling and volumetric metering filling principle, which realizes high speed and high precision of filling.
The capping section integrates bottle feeding, capping, capping and bottle discharging, and adopts following movement capping, which has no injury to bottles and caps in the process of capping, and has high capping efficiency, high pass rate and smooth operation.

5.5 Product quality enhancement: Adopting imported motion module controller to control the following capping method, the capping is more stable, the process is non-stop, no shaking liquid, no contamination of the bottle mouth, bottle and conveyor belt, improve product quality and capacity.
5.6 Adopting servo motor-controlled belt bottle dividing, which makes bottle positioning more accurate and ensures high qualified rate of capping.
5.7 Adopting special cap grabber to grab the cap, the capping torque is adjustable. Wear-resistant rubber is designed on the inner side of the gripper, which can effectively eliminate the injury of the cap during the capping process.
5.8 The whole machine adopts the latest Schneider electric control system, with stable control and relatively low energy consumption.
