Operation Process
Containers enter the rotary screw capper and are positioned on individual capping stations. Caps are presorted and fed onto the sliding table, where continuously rotating chucks lower to pick up and secure caps before applying them to containers. The magnetic clutch disengages when preset torque is achieved, releasing the cap and discharging the sealed container.
