Machine Overview
The TS-150B multi-function double-sided marking machine integrates pressure marking mechanism, bidding head, frame structure, bottle separation unit, transmission system, adjustment mechanisms, and electrical control box. Engineered with mature technology for high marking accuracy and stable performance across various bottle shapes.
Operational Workflow
Complete labeling process: Inbottle → Calibration → Sticker Application → Stroke → Finished Product
Bottles enter the machine and are precisely positioned through the calibration mechanism. After correction, bottles move through the press positive mechanism ensuring stable forward movement without shaking. Upon reaching the marking position, sensor signals trigger the marking action, applying labels to both sides simultaneously to complete the process.
