GX-16-8AH full automatic follow type filling and capping machine has horizontal structure. In the filling part, servo motor driven follow-up diving filling and volumetric metering filling principle are adopted to realize high speed and high precision of filling.
The capping part integrates bottle entry, nitrogen filling, cap sorting, capping and bottle exit all in one machine. It adpots cap grabbing, positioning screwing. In the process of capping, there is no bottle damage, no capping damage. This machine has high capping efficiency, high qualification rate and smooth operation.
