High Precision Reflective Holographic Diffraction Gratings processing custom
High-precision reflective holographic diffraction gratings have lower light scattering, making them ideal for applications sensitive to stray light such as Raman spectrometers.
By exposing the high-intensity laser interference pattern, the grating is recorded in the photoresist, which is then chemically developed to show the fringe pattern with a sinusoidal cross section.
