Advantages
1. Two sets of welding systems are used to weld 6 points of the straight section of the workpiece, 96 welding points on the inner circle of the straight section and 144 welding points on the outer circle of the arc section of the workpiece. Two sets of welding assemblies are used to weld 6 welding points on the straight section. After completing each set of welding points, the indexing rotation mechanism rotates to the next set of welding points to weld the workpiece. This mechanism mode can achieve automation, reduce labor intensity, and ensure the consistency of welding points;
2. The main circuit adopts a water-cooled high-power IGBT module, which has strong output, stability, and reliability, and the water distributor can be installed outside the equipment;
3. All water circuit components are made of copper and stainless steel, and are equipped with a visual water flow display to display the water flow situation;
4. The operation is controlled by a manual switch, which has high production efficiency and low labor intensity;

Technical requirements for product welding
1) Welding material: 1.5mm stainless steel plate+10mm thick, 15mm wide stainless steel strip+1.5mm stainless steel plate.
2) Welding points: As shown below, there are 96 points for the inner ring, 144 points for the outer ring, and 6 points for the straight line segment, with a total of 24 circles
The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized machines should be more than 25 days.
