kickless cable, is a hollow specialized cable used for high current heating equipment, can be divided into kickless cables and secondary cables. Usually composed of electrodes (cable heads), wires, and external protective sleeves. Mainly used for hanging type spot welding machines or suspension spot welding machines. Kickless Cables are water-cooled cables for use where severe twisting or jumping occurs in the cable. The positive and negative copper ropes inside are positioned alternatively, making them ideal for weld guns and robotic weld machines.

Features
1. During the welding process, cable bending occurs due to the back and forth movement of the welding pliers. Stress will be concentrated at the root of the end of the welding pliers, which can easily cause wire breakage. Low sensitivity cables are forged with copper tubes as connectors, which can prevent concentrated bending of wires and also insert clamps to prevent wire breakage.
2. The positive and negative poles are well separated by insulating tubes, providing a space between the cable and the outer tube, which can also provide excellent bending performance.
3. The cable is made of high-quality wire. In order to achieve low impedance and high yield, the terminals and cables are fixed tightly with stainless steel bolts, and brazing is used to reduce resistance. Once cooling water is introduced from the terminals, the cable maintains cooling water.
