The five heads special welding machine belongs to multi head spot welding machine, is mainly composed of components such as the main frame, pneumatic transmission mechanism, upper electrode, welding transformer, welding controller, and water and gas circuit system. The five welding heads can work simultaneously or gradually, or can be controlled separately. Excellent welding quality and high welding efficiency. Widely used in sheet metal processing, metal mesh, automotive manufacturing, and home appliance manufacturing industries.
Features:
1. The overall structure of the machine adopts a single tree style, and the body is designed for impact resistance, earthquake resistance, and high rigidity. Through precise mechanical processing, it meets the installation and load strength of each component. Multiple reinforcing ribs have been welded inside the rack to ensure the rigidity of the equipment during use, ensuring minimal deformation during the welding process, ensuring the stability of the welding and the safety of manual use.
2. The upper electrode is pressurized with an auxiliary cylinder, making stroke adjustment convenient and precise, allowing for continuous adjustment of the workpiece operation stroke.
3. Backup dedicated gas storage tank for welding machine, which is conducive to reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
