Product Introduction:

The butt welding machine adopts the principle of resistance welding. By applying a certain pressure between two metal joints to be welded and passing high-density current, the metal atoms at the joint are melted due to the thermal effect of the current, forming a metal bond and achieving a firm connection of the metal. Widely used for butt welding between pipes, rods, plates, and profiles of carbon steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals, or between dissimilar metals.

1. Water cooling tube: Rapid cooling and temperature reduction work efficiency is higher.

2. Double bar pressurization: The pneumatic lever pressurization welding joint is beautiful, firm, and has less slag inclusion.
