Dual Cabinet Configuration: In addition to the conventional welding controller, the welding system is also equipped with an electrical control cabinet, which enables safer, more efficient, and intelligent operation, especially suitable for industrial scale large-scale or high-precision welding tasks.
Fully Automatic Welding: High compatibility, with 3 types of workpieces corresponding to 3 types of fixtures. Simply replace the positioning component to achieve model change. Fully automatic welding, automatically moving the point position to complete the welding.
Gas Storage Tanks: The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
