Product Introduction:
If you are producing galvanized fittings with T-shaped structures - such as guardrails, shelves, brackets, display stands - this fixed T-shaped welding machine is tailor-made for you. It is specifically designed for hollow galvanized pipes with specifications of 3mm+3mm, using a three head structure with two vertical heads and one horizontal head. After manual feeding, it automatically completes T-shaped welding. During the welding process, sparks only appear at the contact between pipes, while the pipe surface in contact with the fixture is intact and undamaged. The finished product only needs to be lightly polished and directly enters the next process or packaged for shipment.
Features:
1. The three electrode heads are designed with modular quick disassembly, which can be replaced separately after wear and tear, without the need to replace the entire set of fixtures, resulting in low maintenance costs.
2. The oxide layer or carbon deposits on the surface of the electrode head can be quickly cleaned with fine sandpaper or file, and the conductivity can be restored within 2 minutes, making maintenance easy.
3. The pneumatic system is equipped with an oil mist device and a filter, which automatically lubricates the cylinder and filters out moisture and impurities in the compressed air, extending the life of the pneumatic components.
4. The main components inside the control box are designed to be plug-in, allowing for direct module replacement after troubleshooting, significantly reducing equipment downtime.
5. The equipment comes standard with self diagnostic function, which can display fault codes and prompt possible causes. Maintenance personnel can quickly locate problems without professional knowledge.

CuCrZr Electrodes: The machine adopts three chromium zirconium copper alloy electrode heads, three chromium zirconium copper electrode heads (vertical up and down+horizontal), conductive and wear-resistant, quick disassembly design, and the pipe surface is intact during welding.
Cylinder:The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.
Gas Storage Tanks: The projection welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
