Product Introduction:
Capacitive energy storage spot welding machine uses capacitors to store energy and release current instantaneously, while concentrating large current to pass through small areas and achieve fusion effect (the welding process is completed in only a few thousand seconds, during which thousands of amperes of current are passed). It uses low instantaneous power from the power grid, balanced load in all phases, high power factor, and can provide concentrated energy to the welding area, resulting in good surface quality and small deformation.

2. The fast logic circuit can ensure that the welder will not discharge until the capacitor is charged to the preset voltage. (It can ensure that the capacitor does not discharge when the voltage is below the preset value during fast welding) so as to ensure the welding quality.
3. Digital regulator can adjust the voltage at both ends of the capacitor from 40V to 1V accuracy 400 v.
4. Accurate digital circuit can control the voltage fluctuation error within 0.5%.
