The Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) system efficiently compresses secondary steam using high-efficiency steam compressors, converting electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates the pressure and temperature of secondary steam, which is then recirculated to the evaporation chamber for continuous heating. The system reuses latent heat of vaporization, requiring only mechanical energy from compressor blades as a heat pump, eliminating the need for primary steam input.
