The PPCC centrifuge operates through a fully automated cycle including feeding, dehydration, washing, and discharging. The system features product level detection, speed inspection, shaft temperature monitoring, and vibration monitoring for comprehensive process control.
The process begins with inert gas injection, followed by automatic feeding when predetermined conditions are met. Centrifugal force separates liquids through filter cloth, with automatic washing and secondary filtration cycles. Final product discharge occurs through a spiral scraper system that efficiently removes dried solids.
