The centrifuge operates by feeding nitrogen or inert gas into the host machine until reaching predetermined levels. When targets are met and drum speed is suitable, automatic feeding begins with product level detection.
When layer thickness reaches the detection slab, feeding stops and centrifugal force separates liquids through filter cloth into mother liquid tanks. The system automatically adjusts to washing speeds, performs secondary filtration, and completes product drying before automated discharging through spiral scrapers and hopper systems.
