PPCC series horizontal wall-through fully automatic scraper discharge centrifuge is a continuous operation, intermittent filter centrifuge designed for high-cleanliness applications in pharmaceutical and food industries.
Product Overview
This advanced centrifuge features a fully open outer casing with wall-mounted installation, ensuring complete isolation between the work area and power area to prevent product contamination. The system incorporates an independent hydraulic and lubrication system, nitrogen protection system, and CIP online cleaning system.
Control & Operation
Controlled by PLC programming with frequency conversion speed regulation and energy consumption braking system. The centrifuge offers both fully automatic control and manual operation modes, with pre-programmed sequences for feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, discharge, filter cloth regeneration, online cleaning, and nitrogen protection.
