The HR series horizontal mechanical double stage pusher centrifuge is specifically designed for salt industrial applications, offering continuous operation and high-efficiency separation capabilities.
Structure and Working Principle
This popular salt refining plant centrifuge features a horizontal two-stage pusher design with pump combination. Key components include the pushing base, bearing assembly, drum, mesh, chassis, and electrical control boxes. The feeding mechanism, drum, and screen are supported on the base through bearing assembly, with base oil tanks equipped with oil coolers.
When operating at full speed, the suspension enters through the feed tube onto the allocated disk mounted on the outer drum. Under centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the mesh gaps and drum filter holes while solid phases form residue layers. The reciprocating motion of the inner drum moves residues forward along the axis for external unloading.
