Laser Welding Technology

Our pillow plate heat exchangers utilize advanced laser welding technology where two sheets of steel are overlapped and welded using precision laser techniques. The process includes laser ring welding in the middle of the sheet and two laser welding seals around the edges. High-pressure liquid injection between plates causes controlled expansion and deformation, forming hollow plate heat exchangers with optimized surface geometry.
