Product Overview
Stainless steel fiber laser welding dimple plate, also known as pillow plate, designed specifically for milk cooling tank applications. Manufactured using full automatic laser welding and forming processes to create optimal heat exchange performance.
Manufacturing Process
- Two sheets of steel are overlapped and welded using laser technology
- Laser ring welding applied in the middle of the sheet with two laser welding seals around the edge
- High-pressure liquid injection between plates causes expansion and deformation, forming hollow plate heat exchanger with uneven surface
