The HR series horizontal pusher centrifuge is a continuous perforated basket centrifuge specifically designed for salt refining plants. This industrial-grade equipment provides efficient separation of solid particles from liquid suspensions with exceptional performance and reliability.
The mixture enters through the feeding pipe and distributor, evenly distributing into the first stage basket. Centrifugal force separates most mother-liquor through the sieves into the collection casing. The first stage basket rotates and reciprocates, pushing the formed product cake into the second stage basket where additional centrifugal force ensures optimal moisture removal. Continuous discharge maintains high throughput while guaranteeing desired humidity levels.
Ideal for separating suspensions with solid particle sizes exceeding 0.1mm and densities above 30%. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries for processing sodium chloride, ammonium fluoride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulphate, urea, polystyrene, oxalate, and nitrate compounds.
