HR series two-stage piston push centrifuges are high-efficiency filtration systems designed for continuous operation. Operating Principle
The main motor drives both inner and outer baskets to full rotational speed. Material is fed through the feed pipe, where centrifugal force separates liquid through the filter screen and basket holes, discharging via the liquid outlet. Solid particles form a ring layer of cake within the basket.
As both baskets rotate at identical speeds, the inner basket performs axial reciprocating motion driven by the piston. This action continuously pushes the cake layer from the inner to outer basket for enhanced separation, with final discharge through the scraping slot.
