This solution combines a vertical form fill seal machine for 0.5 to 5 kg retail bags and an open mouth bagger for 10 to 25 kg sacks. Accurate dosing is delivered by auger for fine vacuum salt or by multihead weigher for coarse crystals. Downstream quality gates include metal detection and checkweighing with automatic reject. Integrated printers apply date and lot codes. Finished packs are cased, palletized and stretch wrapped.

Completed bags are collated into cases or stacked directly on pallets depending on SKU. Pallets are wrapped and labeled for warehouse intake.
