TVR Evaporator System Overview
High-efficiency Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) evaporators designed for pharmaceutical, chemical, and bioengineering applications with voltage compatibility for 220V, 380V, and 415V systems.
Operating Principle
A portion of vapor steam is compressed to higher pressure and temperature levels using a steam jet pump, enabling reuse as an efficient heating medium.
Process Description
The solution undergoes preheating with condensate before entering the evaporation circuit. It mixes with circulated solution and is heated in the heater unit. In the evaporator, solvent (water) evaporates while cooling the solution to boiling temperature. The resulting vapor steam is compressed via steam jet pump for reuse as heating medium, with excess vapor condensed. For crystallization applications, further evaporation concentrates the solution until crystal formation occurs, with optional separation and drying capabilities.
Thermo Compressor Technology
Thermo compressors efficiently recycle heat energy by capturing and recompressing waste steam for reuse. These robust devices feature no moving parts and consist of steam chest, nozzle holder, nozzles, and diffuser components. High-pressure steam expands through the nozzle, entraining waste steam into the mixing chamber where fluids combine and are recompressed through the diffuser.
Custom-designed for applications across food, petroleum, chemical, power, and paper industries, with thermal recompression particularly effective in dairy and juice concentration processes.
