Thermal Vapor Recompression Technology
Our TVR system intelligently utilizes valuable energy through thermal vapor recompression, operating on the jet pump principle to compress steam for heat recovery. This energy-efficient approach typically provides energy savings equivalent to an additional evaporator stage.
Working Principle
The falling film TVR evaporator receives product from wet process areas. Product is heated to boiling temperature using plate heat exchangers, tubular heat exchangers, or direct heaters. The evaporation process follows the falling film principle, with product and vapor flowing downward through tubes. Concentrated product is separated and pumped through multiple passes for optimal concentration.
