Thermal Vapour Recompression Technology
TVR evaporators utilize Thermal Vapour Recompression to recompress vapour from the separator and mix it with steam for heating the first stage. This process typically operates across one or more stages using medium to high-pressure steam in an ejector system.
Steam Efficiency
Steam consumption ranges from approximately 0.3 to 0.07 kg steam per kg water evaporation, depending on the number of recompression stages.
Thermo Compressors
Thermo compressors feature no moving parts and consist of steam chest, nozzle holder, nozzles, and diffuser components. They use high-pressure steam as motive fluid to entrain and recompress waste steam through velocity-to-pressure energy conversion.
