Multiple Effect Evaporation Technology
Our ISO9001 certified vacuum multiple effect falling film evaporator optimizes energy efficiency through vapor recycling technology, significantly reducing operational costs while maintaining high performance.
Operating Principle
The system utilizes sequential evaporation stages where vapor from the first effect generates lower-pressure vapor for subsequent effects. This cascading process can extend up to 8 effects, with the optimal number determined by balancing investment and operating costs.
Parallel Flow Process
Solution enters the first stage evaporator circuit, mixes with circulated solution, and is heated. Evaporation occurs while cooling the solution to boiling temperature. The solution then flows to subsequent stages operating at progressively lower pressures and temperatures, with vapor from each stage serving as the heating medium for the next.
Versatile Evaporator Compatibility
The multiple effect system can incorporate falling film, forced circulation, or flash-cooling evaporators, providing flexibility for various industrial applications.
