Stainless steel laser welded ice bank for making ice to save electrical bill

Description

Pillow Plate with a double bulge on each side is created when two equally thick plates to be welded together, during the inflation of the pillow plate, both plates forming the same. A pillow plate with both sides equally inflated pillows is called “double embossed pillow plate”.

The ice bank is a package of pillow plates welded by optical fiber laser, these pillow plates hung in a container to contain water. The ice bank freezes water into ice during off-peak usage hours,normally, it is at night, due to the low temperature at night,the system are running more efficiency and cost of energy are future reduced. The ice bank stop to work when the charge becomes high during the day. Ice will melt into ice water, ice water be used to indirectly cool products to save electricity cost.
