Product Description
The HR Series horizontal pusher centrifuge is a perforated basket centrifuge designed for continuous and efficient operation. This industrial equipment handles crystallization separation processes with high capacity and reliability.
Operating Principle
The mixture enters through the feeding pipe and distributor, evenly distributing into the first stage basket. Under centrifugal force, most mother-liquor passes through sieves into the collection casing for discharge. The first stage basket rotates and reciprocates, pushing formed product cake into the second stage basket where additional centrifugal force ensures optimal humidity levels. Continuous discharge maintains production efficiency while allowing for effective washing when high product purity is required.
